Link Mobility provides digital solution for prize-winning company Trygg-Hansa for best “Innovation of the Year” at the Insurance Awards 2016
Trygg-Hansa’s car insurance with delivery service wins prize as “Innovation of the Year” at the yearly Insurance Awards. The comprehensive digital solution is designed by Link Mobility, and has resulted in seamless processes and dramatically improved customer satisfaction levels. The willingness to recommend Trygg-Hansa (Net Promoter Score) has increased by 43 % for customers who have used the service.
Link Mobility AB is part of the Norwegian publicly listed Link Mobility Group ASA. The business concept is based on helping companies with digital and mobile communication, and improving their businesses through new and smart digital solutions. Based on customer research insights, Trygg-Hansa, one of Link Mobility’s customers, realized that their clients experienced stress from the process of leaving and fetching theirs cars in connection with a car insurance claim. Trygg-Hansa wanted to create an online-based solution that could support them in getting and returning the clients’ cars – a car insurance with a delivery service, called “Hämtservice”. Link Mobility was asked to provide the solution, which now has been rewarded “Innovation of the Year “ at the yearly Insurance Awards, the insurance industry’s own event for recognizing the best performances during the year that has passed.

The service consists of a web-based solution for rental car companies, workshops and claim adjusters, a mobile app for the clients as well as SMS and push-notifications in order to keep the customers updated on the claims process.
