How does LINK eKYC work?

It is the most complete service on the market, an API that is integrated into the consumers’ digital environment without interrupting the flow of identity validation.

It’s easy, quick and simple. The process consists of the following steps:

  • The customer receives an SMS or an email with a personalised link that will take them to the identity validation process.
  • They will be asked to scan or photo their identity card (DNI), on both sides.
  • They will then carry out a proof of life check, by means of a “selfie”, or a biometric validation, such as a fingerprint.
  • Finally the customer must accept the collection of their identity information together with the proof of life check and as a last step, the digital signature of all the information included in the process with an OTP SMS (One-Time Password).

At the end of the process, a signed and certified contract is obtained with all the previous proofs attached. This document is protected with a digital certificate with an official time stamp that ensures its inalterability.
