THE CHALLENGE

Our client is a publishing company that owns eight magazines, each of which has its own newsletter and shipping frequency. In addition, all magazines carry out other occasional activities in order to publicize themselves and their advertisers. In addition, the costs linked to the performed activities in each of the stores must be identified.

THE SOLUTION

Our sales consultant, together with the client’s digital marketing company and with the support of our technical department, undertook a project that allowed the client to:

  • Set up different users and permissions for each magazine in the email delivery platform.
  • Create templates for each magazine.
  • Create personalized results reports for each magazine.
  • Schedule the deliveries.
  • Create an emailing software for the advertisers where they can obtain special reports of the shipments and they are offered landing pages in order to attract new customers.

OUTCOME

The major result has been to achieve an efficient management of the newsletters resources, optimizing the timing in the management of the shipments, the analyses of results and the allocation of costs per magazine.

Furthermore, thanks to the delivery tool for advertisers, our client has managed to increase the advertisers’ deliveries by 125% as well as the profitability of the deliveries themselves.
