Our client needed a sole supplier through which it could unify the different marketing activities, with common and detailed reports of the campaigns that granted flexibility in the planning of campaigns.
In addition, the company, due to being part of a European group, needed to keep track of the specific costs for each campaign.
The sales management team, together with the technical management team, put forward a long-term working proposal and offered the following set of modifications:

Since the implementation of the new campaign management system, the client has increased the total monthly delivery volumes by 32%. It has managed to improve the recruitment ratio by more than 45%, generating a 18% increase in store traffic with the “Last Minute” SMS deliveries.
