We are continuing our collaboration with the toy company Imaginarium with several actions undertaken at the national and international levels, using our services to reach up to 20 countries. We have mainly worked on SMS and SMS Site (SMS linked to a landing page) campaigns, focusing the messages on various objectives, such as welcoming new clients, informing them of festivals in the shops, recommending customised products and communicating promotions, among others.
Currently, the geographical areas of action are centred on Spain and Portugal and, from June this year, we aim to enhance SMS messages, using them to wish a happy birthday to our small customers.

Successful spring campaign
Last April saw the successful implementation of the SPRING campaign. Using SMS as their most powerful channel of communication, 66,000 messages were sent across Spain, offering members a 10% discount on seasonal products, specifically, bicycles, scooters, skates, toy cars and motorbikes, tricycles and baby walkers. The response was spectacular with, on average, an ROI of up to +739%.
