More than 700 retailers, 100 speakers (19 of them CEOs and general managers of important companies), 48 sponsors, inspiration, far-sightedness, sensory experiences… These are just a few of the brushstrokes of 4th Retail Forum held in Madrid on 9 February, at which LINK Mobility took part as a silver sponsor, as we had previously announced.
There is no doubt that it was an interesting day for the LINK Mobility marketing team, which took part with a small stand, so as not to lose sight of everything that is “cooking” in the retail sector. Aside from attending everyone who approached our stand taking an interest in our services, this event allowed us to establish some interesting contacts and go with a lot of interest to the different plenary sessions, chats, labs and networking moments made available for all those attending.
It is always a pleasure to evolve and learn from the great marketing gurus.
Technology on show
The learning offered by real people was truly interesting, but we were also struck by the technology on show. The companies involved in this sector took centre stage by offering some really amazing professional solutions, like facial recognition systems, direct digital printing, smart shop heat maps, virtual shop windows, digital fitting rooms… On a more playful note, you would suddenly bump into a friendly robot wandering around, see toys of the future and go through some interesting experiences thanks to some virtual reality glasses.
There is no doubt that it was a fruitful event which LINK Mobility would not have liked to miss. And now, on to the next one, the Mobile World Congress! We will, of course, tell you all about it.
