And don’t forget that the following Monday is Cyber Monday or #eDay, with savings of up to 80%. This online discount day is slowly taking hold in Spain: after the shopping hangover, consumers end up buying online the day they go back to work.
If you have ecommerce then surely you can broaden your omni-channel strategy. Remember that adigital estimates that online sales in Spain from 27-30 November will reach 1,172 million euro.
In addition, it’s important not to get carried away by the frenzy of the struggle and have a forward-thinking approach: remember to be social and get your customers talking about you; perhaps you could even consider a loyalty plan.
With that said: make sure that you have stock, check your resources, be creative and get ahead with your offer.
